What we collect
If you send the quote form, we collect:
- Name
- Phone number
- Email address, if you include one
- City
- The service you ask about
- Approximate square footage, if you include it
- Your message, if you include one
- Whether you checked the optional text-message consent box
We use that information to respond to your quote and to schedule work. If you opt in, we also use your mobile number to send the text messages described below.
Text messages and mobile numbers
The text-message box on the quote form is optional and unchecked. You can request a quote without agreeing to texts. Consent is not a condition of submitting the form or of buying any service.
If you opt in, Fresh Step Wood Floors may send quote follow-ups and appointment updates to the mobile number you gave us. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. See the SMS terms.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not share or sell mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data to third parties for their marketing. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Quote details may be emailed to us and a short alert may be texted to the business owner so we can respond to you. Those messages are for running the business, not for selling your number.
Cookies and advertising tags
If Google Analytics or Google Ads tags are turned on for this site, those services may set cookies and receive pages you visit, including the thank-you page after a quote. The tags are omitted when their IDs are not configured. You can control cookies in your browser.
